We're a New York City-based, full-service design firm taking on both residential and commercial projects, including full construction management. New York City is our home base, but we're not limited to it; we have experience working on projects in many different cities across the country.

We've managed a wide variety of projects. We specialize in full new construction and complete remodels, but we take on other projects as well — tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know how we can help.

How are your design fees structured?

We're a transparent, open-book design firm. Fees vary based on the scope and the project, but we stay fully transparent in our pricing and breakdowns so you always know exactly where your investment is going.

Can you manage procurement and installation?

Yes — this is our specialty. As a full-service interior design firm, we handle every design element and manage all vendors through to completion. When we're finished, you simply walk through the door to a finished space.

Do you offer virtual design services?

Yes. Virtual design is one tier of what we offer. If you prefer, we can provide consulting or select design elements for you to purchase and set up yourself. That said, what often makes a space truly come together is the final installation — the finishes, the objects, the styling — so we recommend full installation whenever possible.

What does working with you look like?

It begins with a complimentary consultation after a brief introductory call. From there we develop the design, produce renderings so you can see the space before work begins, manage construction and all vendors, and finish with a complete installation — start to finish, under one roof.

Do you only work in New York?

Not at all. New York City is our home base, but we have experience working on projects in many different cities across the country, and we're glad to travel for the right project.
